Shipping Policy

When will my order be shipped?

Items purchased will be shipped within 48 hours after your order is placed unless stated otherwise.

Alternatively you can collect from various Manchester locations the next working day after you place your order. Please contact us via Email/ Instagram to organise collection.

How long does shipping take?

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 working days after order has been sent out by us. Unfortunately due to factors out of our hands delays can occur, such as strikes, Bank Holidays, Christmas, staff shortage etc. Please be aware of this upon placing your order.

Next Day Delivery

When selecting Next Day delivery, orders must be placed before 2pm for same day dispatch. Ordering after this will result in dispatch the following day. Please note this is only available Monday-Friday, any orders placed over the weekend will the shipped the next working day. This excludes bank holidays. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping costs for delays out of our control.

What happens if I return my order?

Please be aware upon purchase that when returning an order, shipping must be covered by the customer. See our Returns Policy for more information.

Delivery Issues
If a parcel is delayed or lost in transit, we’ll investigate the issue with the courier. Once the parcel is officially declared lost, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement item. Please allow a few working days for this process.
