Please allow 48 hours for a response.
What if I need to cancel/ change my order?
If you need to cancel your order/ make amendments please contact us ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate your wishes. Any requests 24 hours after your order is placed are not guaranteed to be fulfilled.
I’ve received the wrong item/ my item is faulty
If you have received an incorrect item/ a faulty or damaged product, please contact us via email/ instagram with photographic evidence and we will resolve the issue to our best ability. Items will need to be returned within 14 days of receiving to be assessed for a refund. Used items will not be refunded or returned to the customer if you choose to send them back to us.
Anything returned without prior approval will not be processed for a refund, so please ensure you speak to us before sending your items back.
The cost of returning items must be covered by the customer with proof of postage to be eligible for a refund. Items lost/ not received by us cannot be considered for a refund.
Refunds are only eligible on full priced items. If you have purchased from the MUA bundle, we can offer a replacement of a Damaged/ Incorrect item but we can not refund single items.
